photographer, Macushla Burke, on an illustrated editorial, which you can check out in the current issue of Cream Magazine. It has a rock chick vibe x's 'Almost Famous' x's black crowes sort of feel... love it!!

La Roux are an English electropop “synth duo” band made up of singer and synth player Elly Jackson and co-writer and co-producer Ben Langmaid. Elly found a book of baby names in a bin. Within the book was the name “La Roux”. ‘La Roux’ comes from the French for ‘red-haired one’, referring to Elly’s distinctive hairstyle.
